So have you ever heard of Two Guns, AZ? Or Twin Arrows? How about 2 Corinthians. (Pronounced by our biblically challenged President as “two” Corinthians). When was the last time you read it? For many Christians in America the answer might be “never”. Just as 1 Corinthians was quite different than Romans, 2 Corinthians is different from either of those two. It is the most personal of all Paul’s letters and as such reads more like a normal letter than like a theological discourse. It is actually very hard to put it together in any systematic way, but I’ve never let that stop us in the past!
It is a letter that contains a number of what one of my friend refers to as “golden nuggets”. I plan on structuring our study time together around three of those parts of the book. I think you will find it very helpful.
