Did Someone Miss the Rapture?

Did Someone Miss the Rapture?

In our next episode of “The Road to Somewhere”, John introduces the concept of what theologians call “The Rapture”. One generation of authentic Christians will not experience physical death, but will be “caught up” to be with Christ, and those Jesus has resurrected from death. Our stop on Route 66 is Seligman, Az., home of the Road Kill Café. “You kill it, we grill it!” The letter of Paul connected to this stop is labeled I Thessalonians in your Bible. Every chapter of the letter makes some reference to the second coming of Christ. In Chapter 4, Paul writes about this event we call the Rapture. In the teaching video I explain the debate about when this event takes place. Is it imminent and triggers the Tribulation period of the last years of this Age? Or does it refer to an event that happens at the end of the Age, after the Tribulation, as part of the return of Jesus? Or does it take place in the middle of all this? In the book, John gives a brief intro to it, but you will need to view the teaching video to get a full explanation of the possibilities. The most important part of the debate is that you don’t miss it, whenever it occurs! The links to both the episode and the teaching video are below. Here are the links:
