Not that kind of high! See how warped all our minds are. In this episode of The Road to Somewhere we head out of Bellemont and travel up to Williams. Along with being one of the coolest towns on Route 66, it is the highest altitude town on Route 66 in Arizona. John and Joy have a great time shooting a fun video here. The letter of Paul attached to this stop is his epistle to the Philippians. This is one of my favorite books, and even though it only contains four chapters, they are great. We think it started out as a simple thank you note to the men and women in Philippi and developed into a powerful piece of personal theology. Facing the possibility of death in Rome, Paul can write, “For me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” The letter is filled with these kinds of short messages that can shape our lives. The teaching video is really good. Hopefully you will take time to watch both.
