Can imagine what it would have been like to have Paul get in Peter’s face about his behavior toward the Gentile believers in Antioch? This is one of the many interesting parts of his letter to the Galatian churches. This episode of The Road to Somewhere takes us to Flagstaff, AZ and contains a brief overview of the book of Galatians. One biblical scholar I read remarked that if you don’t understand Galatians, you won’t understand the rest of Paul’s letters. This was probably his first, written even before the Gospels, and maybe the first chronologically of all the New Testament books. In the book, The Road to Somewhere, This chapter (47) has a fun and humorous discussion of Joy’s experience with online dating services. It gives us a little more insight into her personality and prepares us for the coming discussion with John about what she is looking for in a man.
