Wednesday night we will take a good long look at what biblical scholars refer to as the Millennium. It is one of the most hotly debated topics in the Book of Revelation. In Chapter Twenty, six times the phrase “a thousand years” occurs. If literal and chronological, then after Jesus returns, he will rule over the Earth for a period of a thousand years, prior to the creation of a new heaven and a new earth. But if this thousand years is symbolic, and not literal, what does it symbolize? This is Session #25 of our series and the topic is fascinating.
